Postgrad Mom: A Lifelong Teacher-Learner (Cerita Kuliah di London)

Hari Guru Nasional 25 November 2016 sudah seminggu berlalu, tetapi rasanya saya masih belum cukup waktu untuk merefleksikan setiap kejadian penuh makna selama saya menjadi guru. Apalagi saat ini ketika saya belajar di negeri orang, dari teman-teman dan guru-guru yang luar biasa dari berbagai negara. Belajar sepanjang waktu dengan mengambil resiko di tengah kenyamanan, melakukan perubahan di tengah kemapanan, menghadapi tantangan di antara banyak perbedaan, dan berjuang lagi dari bawah bersama mereka yang lebih muda. Hampir 3 bulan saya menuntut ilmu di sini, telah banyak cara berpikir saya yang berubah. Memang betul kata pepatah “Sometimes, stepping outside of the box can help change the view.” Bahwa ketika kita berada dalam kotak, kita tidak akan melihat dengan obyektif apa yang terjadi, kecuali kita keluar. Saya akan berbagi cerita tentang belajar saya di London, sekedar untuk informasi bagi teman-teman.
